All content on SkillPharma is strictly for educational and career development purposes. Redistribution or misuse is prohibited. User accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.

2. Certification Policy

Certificates are issued after course completion and passing final assessments. Digital verification is available and may include institutional seals in collaborations.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. No refunds are issued once access is granted, except in verified cases of platform failure.

4. Platform Availability

While we strive for 24/7 uptime, maintenance and upgrades may result in brief outages. We will always notify users of scheduled downtimes.

5. User Conduct

  • No illegal, hateful, or pirated content.
  • No impersonation or abuse toward other users.
  • AI tools are allowed only with clear disclosure and authorization.

6. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed under Indian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.

7. Changes to Terms

SkillPharma reserves the right to update these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes implies your acceptance.
